NEW YEAR’S EVE Tribute to George Strait featuring Derek Spence with Southern Country Line benefiting CASA in the Heart of Texas
This is our first New Year’s Eve fundraiser for CASA in the Heart of Texas. We’re really looking forward to meeting new friends and enjoying the old as we raise money to benefit children in the child protective system who cannot be in their own homes because of abuse/neglect and need a CASA, Court Appointed Special Advocate, to be their voice in the system until they are back in a permanent situation. We will be serving a full dinner, enjoying a concert, honoring retiring District Judge Steve Ellis (who was instrumental in bringing CASA to this area), dancing, and ringing in the new year. Alcohol will not be served, but folks may bring their own if they would like.
